Pipeline Services

Al Manazel Integrated Co. L.L.C. increases pipeline safety with inspection services, testing, cleaning, and drying. By engineering our services to suit your specific project, you’ll have a more cost-effective solution.

Whether a new system is going online or an existing system needs maintenance, our range of services will help you to meet pipeline safety regulations. We can do this for you and have done so all around the globe, onshore and offshore, in deepwater and in the remotest of locations; your pipeline gets off to the best possible start.

Once your pipeline has been operating for a few years, you’ll need to check it’s still in good condition. We have pipeline inspection tools to examine the issues that can cause you problems, such as corrosion, pipeline movement, mechanical damage, or problems with cathodic protection.

Debris in the pipeline can affect throughput, cause corrosion, increase operating cost, and prevent proper inspection. Our technology removes different deposits, including wax,  liquids, black powder, rust, and mill scale. We’ll get you back on track and improve the efficiency of your system without taking it offline.

Finally, when you need to take the system out of operation whether for maintenance or at the end of its life, we can remove the product safely by purging with nitrogen and leave the pipeline in a condition that won’t hurt the environment.

We construct all types of pipelines; onshore and offshore. In addition to the actual pipeline engineering and construction, we provide the following services below;

It is of primary importance that pipeline integrity is tested before commissioning and this involves filling the line completely with water before pressurizing. Also, specialized pigs are introduced to check the weld from the inside. Al Manazel Integrated Co. L.L.C. provides such services with its specialized equipment to bring about the desired result.

Al Manazel Integrated Co. L.L.C. provides quite a variety of pipeline cleaning techniques that clean the pipeline to different specifications. Some pipelines require just the running of simple pigs, while others require more specialized cleaning.

A pipeline that has been cleaned and drained of the test water has to dry before putting it on service to avoid unwanted safety implications.  This can be done by the use of compressed dried air, nitrogen gas, or vacuum equipment. Al Manazel Integrated Co. L.L.C. has a lot of experience in this as it has the necessary equipment to achieve the desired result.
